Coliving Program & Accommodation Fee
1month coliving: ＄818 (Commuinty fee: ＄350 / Accommodation fee: ￥75,000 *＄468)
2 week coliving: ＄675 (Community fee: ＄300 / Accommodation fee: ￥60,000＄375)
*The community fee includes the following: Coworking Space / Welcome Party / Meetup for TADAIMA on 4th / Sushi master experience / Coworking Day near the beach / DJ party on 16th / After night festival on17th / Memorial T-shirts

We’ll have everything from global cuisine to Japanese cultural experiences, a kid-friendly disco with top-notch DJs, a karaoke contest loved by all, and cutting-edge tech activities!

ABOUT WITH A TREE
Near the station in Izu Shimoda, there’s a large warehouse – a hub for sustainable craftsmanship.
It’s a gathering spot for people of all ages, from 3-year-olds to those in their 80s, including students, professionals, executives, entrepreneurs, artists, musicians, instructors, and politicians. People from around the world and the local community come together, celebrating diversity without borders, nationalities, or religious constraints. Various events are occasionally hosted here.
No rules. Fully open. Everything is shared. The only thing you can’t take away is your heart. It’s a place where you can feel secure in not belonging to any one group, a space where you can find both strength and lightness at your core.

Note:
- This fee covers the cost of organizing and managing events and activities during your stay.
- Payment for the program fee is required in advance via Stripe or Wise. Once your booking is confirmed, we will send you an email with the payment instructions.
Accommodation Fee (Kazemachi Shimoda)
1month：75,000 yen (around ＄468) / 2weeks: 60,000 yen (around＄375)
*Reference:
For stays of more than 2 nights, ¥4,000 per night / For stays of 30 days or more, ¥2,500 per night.

Note:
- The accommodation fee is not included in the program fee. You will be responsible for paying the accommodation fee directly to “Kazemachi Shimoda” by credit card.
- A separate confirmation lilnks regarding accommodation will be sent to you.
Please note: These two payments are separate. The program fee is required to confirm your spot in the program, while accommodation payment is handled directly with the accommodation provider.
