*elenanchi is a community-based co-living space for long-term residents and members. We welcome stays of one month or longer.

About the Residential Spaces,
elenanchi offers 6 unique private living spaces for residents:
- Private Room (approx. 10m²) × 5
- Larger Private Room (approx. 22m²) × 1
※Bathrooms and toilets are shared among residents.
Shared Spaces & Amenities(for members)
- Community Lounge / Living Room: Equipped with a large-screen monitor, a library of books, board games, and more.
- Shared Kitchen: Fully equipped with a refrigerator, gas stove, rice cooker, microwave, toaster, and basic seasonings for communal use.
- Workspace: * Co-working Space: Open area for up to 6 people.
- Private Rooms: 2 private booths/meeting rooms available.
- Availability: 24/7 access.
- Bathrooms: Shared (includes both shower and bathtub).
- Restrooms & Washstands: 2 shared toilets and 2 washbasins.
- Laundry: Washing machine with drying function available.
- Wi-Fi: Blazing fast internet (Download: 400Mbps / Upload: 58Mbps) — ideal for remote work and video calls.

For Residents with Children
We welcome residents with children and aim to keep arrangements flexible and family-friendly.
- Children sharing existing sleeping arrangements with a resident: No additional contribution required.
- Elementary school–age children using their own bed or futon: A reduced contribution (approximately 50% of the adult reference contribution).
- Junior high school–age children and older: The same reference contribution as adults.

Move-in & Move-out Guidance
- Move-in (First Day): Standard arrival time: 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM
*Please let us know your expected arrival time in advance.
*For first-time residents or members, a short orientation is required to introduce the house, shared spaces, and community guidelines.
Arrivals outside the standard time window are generally not supported.
If unavoidable, please consult with us in advance. Additional support may require a coordination contribution (¥1,500 per hour, as a guideline).
- Move-out (Last Day): Please complete your room clearing and personal cleanup by 10:00 AM on your final day.
- After Move-out: You are welcome to continue using the shared community spaces until 3:00 PM on your departure day.
Important Notes for Residents & Members
- Accessibility:
- Please note that there is no elevator. Some private living spaces are located on the second floor and require using stairs. (The house is not barrier-free.)
- Hanare (Annex):
- The Hanare is a separate building and is not directly connected to the main house.
- Bathrooms and toilets are located in the main house.
- Quiet Hours:
- As this is a shared living environment, please be considerate of others and keep noise to a minimum during late evening and nighttime hours.
- Non-Smoking Policy:
- elenanchi is a non-smoking house. Please use the designated outdoor smoking area if needed.
- Pets:
- Pets may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please consult with us in advance.
- Self-Cleaning:
- elenanchi is based on a shared living culture. Residents and members are expected to keep both their private spaces and shared areas clean.
- Damages & Stains:
- If significant damage or persistent stains occur due to intentional or careless use, we will discuss appropriate repair or cleaning costs together.
- Valuables:
- Please take responsibility for managing your own valuables. We recommend not leaving important items unattended in shared spaces.

Linens, Laundry & Cleaning
- Linens:
- elenanchi follows a self-managed living style. Residents and members are asked to set up their own linens(sheets, duvet covers, and pillowcases) as needed. Linens can be washed using the on-site laundry facilities.
- Cleaning:
- Privacy & Independence: To respect individual privacy and autonomy, elenanchi does not provide daily housekeeping or room cleaning services.
- Self-Maintenance:Residents and members are responsible for keeping their private living spaces clean. Shared spaces are maintained together as part of our shared living culture.

About the Rooms
We have 28 unique rooms available:
- 1-Bedroom (11m²) × 22 rooms
- 2–4 Bedroom (22m²) × 4 rooms
- Japanese-style Room / Private toilet / up to 3 futons (22m²) × 2 rooms
Shared Spaces & Facilities
- Community Space / Playroom: Large-screen monitor, projector, piano, table tennis, guitar, board games, and more.
- Shared Kitchen: Refrigerator, gas stove, rice cooker, microwave, toaster, cookware, and basic seasonings. Please be considerate of others, especially during peak hours.
- Workspace: Focus room (up to 5 people), meeting room (up to 8 people), 2 private workrooms.
- Bathrooms: Shared, separate for men and women. Men’s = shower only, Women’s = shower + bathtub. Available 24/7 except during cleaning.
- Washstands & Toilets: On each floor, separate for men and women.
- Laundry: Washing machine (100 JPY per load, detergent included), drying room, rooftop drying available.
- Events: Some facilities may be unavailable during events (info on SNS & LINE Open Chat).
- Wi-Fi: Free throughout the building. Please avoid heavy data use (restrictions may apply).
Amenities
- Shampoo, conditioner, and body soap provided.
- Long-term guests: Please use your own items if possible.
- Toothbrushes not provided (available at nearby stores).
- Towels available for purchase (Small: 200 JPY / Bath towel: 500 JPY).
For Guests with Children
- Co-sleeping children: Free of charge.
- Elementary school children with own bed/futon: 50% of adult rate.
- Junior high school students and older: Full adult rate.
Parking
Private parking lot (approx. 10 cars), 30 seconds on foot from facility.
- Free for short-term guests (limited availability).
- If full: nearby public parking available.
- Monthly use: +5,000 JPY/month.
- Facility not liable for accidents/troubles.
Check-in & Check-out
- Check-in: 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM (advance notice of arrival time required / orientation for first-time guests / late check-in generally not accepted; if unavoidable, must be arranged in advance; fee 1,500 JPY per hour).
- Check-out: by 10:00 AM (clean room, return linens, move belongings, return key).
- Community space available until 3:00 PM after check-out.
Important Notes
- No elevator (rooms on 2F–4F, with steps; not barrier-free).
- Be considerate at night, especially on floors with guest rooms.
- Entire building is non-smoking (use designated area).
- No pets.
- Lost key: 15,000 JPY fee.
- Self-cleaning required in both private & shared spaces.
- Guests may be charged for significant damage/stains.
- Manage valuables yourself (facility not responsible for theft/loss).
Linens, Laundry & Cleaning
- Rental linens (sheets, duvet, pillowcase) must be set by guests.
- Long-term guests: Linen exchange once every 1–2 weeks (1,000 JPY per set, self-service). Washing by guests also possible.
- No daily room cleaning (privacy respected).
