    • イベント1ヶ月前までのキャンセル：100%返金 / Cancellation by 1 month before the event: 100% refund
    • イベント2週間前までのキャンセル：50%返金 / Cancellation by 2 weeks before the event: 50% refund
    • イベント前日までのキャンセル：30%返金 / Cancellation by the day before the event: 30% refund
    • イベント当日以降は、理由に関わらず返金できません（例：天候、自然災害、政情不安、病気、個人的な事情など）/ No refunds on or after the day of the event, regardless of the reason

    追加条件 Additional conditions:

    • 未使用のチケットは、事前にご連絡いただければ、今後のイベントに繰り越すことができます / Unused tickets can be carried over to future event with advance notice
    • チケットは譲渡できません / Tickets are non-transferable
    • スポンサーから配布された無料チケットは返金できません / Complimentary tickets distributed by sponsors are non-refundable
