プログラムの概要 / Program overview
本イベントは、日本デジタルノマド協会（JDNA）が主催し、ELENTO社と共催する国際カンファレンスです。11月12日（水）～14日（金）の3日間、下田市にて開催。フィリピン・タイ・韓国などで地域とグローバル人材をつなぐリーダーを招き「Co-Creating Future ~Glocal Talent Meets Local Communitie」をテーマに基調講演、パネルディスカッション、ネットワーキング・交流会を開催。最終日には参加者自身が「My Next Action宣言」を英語で発表する参加型ワークショップを行います。

This event is an international conference hosted by the Japan Digital Nomad Association (JDNA) and co-hosted by ELENTO LLC. It will take place in Shimoda City over three days, from Wednesday, November 12 to Friday, November 14.
Leaders from the Philippines, Thailand, Korea, and beyond, who are working to connect global talent with local communities, will be invited under the theme “Co-Creating the Future: Glocal Talent Meets Local Communities.” The program will feature keynote speeches, panel discussions, and networking sessions.
On the final day, participants will take part in an interactive workshop, where each will present their own “My Next Action Declaration” in English.

We will invite community leaders from around the world who serve as bridges between local communities and global talent. They will share case studies from their respective countries and offer insights and recommendations on current challenges and future directions.
