下田芸者の舞と文化交流
かつて100人近くの芸者で賑わった港町・下田。現在は6名の芸者が、下田特有の「下田節」や「お吉踊り」といった伝統芸能を復活させ、日々稽古に励んでいます。優雅な舞を間近で鑑賞しながら軽くお酒を楽しみ、さらにお座敷遊びにも参加できるのが、この体験の魅力です。格式の高さと親しみやすさが両立した貴重な機会として、下田滞在をより特別なものにしてくれるはず。

Shimoda Geisha – Dance and Cultural Experience
Shimoda was once a lively port town with nearly 100 geisha.
Today, six geisha continue to preserve and revive Shimoda’s traditional performing arts, such as the Shimoda-bushi song and the O-Kichi dance, practicing diligently every day.
In this experience, you’ll enjoy light drinks while watching their graceful performances up close—and even have the chance to join in classic ozashiki-asobi games.
