プログラムの概要 / Event program overview
本イベントは、日本デジタルノマド協会（JDNA）が主催し、ELENTO社と共催する国際カンファレンスです。11月12日（水）～14日（金）の3日間、下田市にて開催。フィリピン・タイ・韓国などで地域とグローバル人材をつなぐリーダーを招き「Co-Creating Future ~Glocal Talent Meets Local Communitie」をテーマに基調講演、パネルディスカッション、ネットワーキング・交流会を開催。最終日には参加者自身が「My Next Action宣言」を英語で発表する参加型ワークショップを行います。

This event is an international conference hosted by the Japan Digital Nomad Association (JDNA) and co-hosted by ELENTO LLC. It will take place in Shimoda City over three days, from Wednesday, November 12 to Friday, November 14.
Leaders from the Philippines, Thailand, Korea, and beyond, who are working to connect global talent with local communities, will be invited under the theme “Co-Creating the Future: Glocal Talent Meets Local Communities.” The program will feature keynote speeches, panel discussions, and networking sessions.
On the final day, participants will take part in an interactive workshop, where each will present their own “My Next Action Declaration” in English.

地域やコミュニティの視点から、実際の現場の取り組み事例の紹介や今後の未来予想図について、全国の地域プレイヤーや世界各国で活躍するコミュニティマネージャーがパネルディスカッション形式で議論します。また、会の最後には「My Next Action宣言」を参加者それぞれが英語で発表を行います。
From the perspective of local regions and communities, regional players from across Japan and community managers active around the world will share real on-the-ground initiatives and discuss future visions in a panel discussion format.
At the end of the session, each participant will present their own “My Next Action Declaration” in English.
Day 3 Local Co-Creation ― 実際の現場の取り組み（英語 / 日本語）
ホテル、インフラ、不動産など、それぞれの地域事業者としての立場でまちづくりに取り組む全国の地域プレイヤーがデジタルノマド誘致について意見交換を行います。また、ローカルとグローバル人材をつなぐコミュニティマネージャーの役割について世界各国のコミュニティマネージャーと意見交換をします。
